GLOUNGE AND MASTERCARD
These are the Terms and Conditions that will govern the promotional activity called "GLounge and Mastercard" (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is developed and executed by THE NEXT SHOT SAS (the "Organizer") identified with Nit. 901.400.632-1, and sponsored and amplified by Mastercard® International Incorporated (“Mastercard”). The Organizer is solely and exclusively responsible for executing the
Promotion, as well as granting benefits and experiences.

1. General Description of the Activity:
Mastercard Cardholders may acquire the exclusive benefits described below.
2. Validity:
Valid from September (25), 2021 to March (25), 2022.
3. Benefits and Experiences
The benefits and experiences that Cardholders may access during the validity of the Promotion consist of:

• Membership Benefits:
i) For holders of the Mastercard Platinum Card, a 20% discount on the Rewards membership.
ii) For Mastercard Black Card Holders, 20% discount on Rewards and Black membership
membership.

• Experiences:
i) For Mastercard Black Card Holders (one of the two options applies):

– G Lounge golf experience: A 1-hour bay trial session; or

– A Driver Fitting Trial session: an experience designed by the Performance Center of the G Lounge, a site with multi-brand Fitting, where together with the advice of the G Lounge Academy and the best technology, cardholders will discover which is the ideal driver for their riding style. play.

ii) Mastercard Black Cardholders who purchase gaming hours may reserve the Business Lounge.

4. Access and limit of Benefits and Experiences
• Membership Benefits:
– The organizer reserves the right of admission/sale of memberships.
– Benefits valid while supplies last.

• Experiences:
i) G Lounge golf experience:
– Valid only for Mastercard Black Cardholders.
– To access this experience, the Cardholder must make a reservation through the G Lounge Concierge at (+57) 3053745903 at least one (1) day in advance.
– The time of the experience can be reserved from 2pm to 6pm any day of the week and is subject to availability in the Bay.
– The Card Holder and a maximum of 3 companions can access.
– Available to be activated only once per Cardholder.
ii) Driver Fitting Trial:
– Valid only for Mastercard Black Cardholders.
– To access this experience, the Cardholder must make a reservation through the Concierge of G
Lounge at (+57) 3053745903 at least one (1) day in advance.
– It is subject to availability of the Bay and the Fitter.
– Only the Cardholder can access.
– Available to be activated only once per Cardholder.
iii) Mastercard Black Cardholders who purchase game hours may reserve the Business
Lounge.
– Valid only for Mastercard Black Cardholders.
– To access this experience, the Cardholder must make a reservation through the Concierge of G
Lounge at (+57) 3053745903  at least two (2) hours in advance.
– It is subject to availability in the Bay.
– The Card Holder and a maximum of 7 companions can access.

5. Requirements to access the benefit:
People who

1. They are holders of an eligible Mastercard Card, which has been issued by a financial entity and is active and valid.

2.   Accept these terms and conditions.

3. Be of legal age, (18) years and older.

4. Access the benefits and experiences within the established dates.

6. Legal:
6.1 By accessing the benefit, the Cardholder declares directly and irrevocably to know these terms and conditions and accept them in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions are accepted by participating. With said acceptance, the Cardholder authorizes the
Organizer, as Responsible, to collect, store, process, update, use and transmit your personal information for the purposes of duly executing the Promotion and making effective the benefits and experiences in favor of the Cardholders, as well as the others that are in their personal data processing policies, unless otherwise stated in writing. 6.2 The Organizer and Mastercard reserve the right to cancel purchases that they consider suspicious or fraudulent.

6.3 The benefit and/or experience cannot be exchanged for other goods or services, nor can it be combined with other promotions.

6.4 The Organizer is exclusively and directly responsible to the Cardholders for the quality of the products and/or services that are acquired during the validity of the Activity, as well as compliance with all existing regulations and for existing during the period of the same. , especially those established in the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011). Mastercard does not provide any product or service, nor is it responsible for them, nor for human or technical errors that cause the benefit and/or experience not to be received.

6.5 Neither the Organizer nor Mastercard are responsible for any difficulties that may arise at the time of payment. In the event of any inconvenience with the payment card, or discussion about its validity, quota, and in general any matter that may affect the payment, the Cardholder acknowledges that neither Mastercard nor the Organizer are responsible for such concept, and must make the claims corresponding to your bank.

6.6 If necessary and/or at the discretion of Mastercard and the Organizer, they reserve the right to expand and/or clarify the scope of these terms and conditions and/or any of the procedures. Mastercard and the Organizer reserve the right to eliminate the benefits and/or experiences, as well as to stop offering them before their expiration period.

6.7 The Cardholders acknowledge and accept that the applicable law for any controversy that arises in relation to the Activity will be that of Colombia and waive their right to initiate any type of claim in another jurisdiction.
